Nets for the 2009 Season
Nets are being arranged at the Magnus Sports Centre. They will run from Sunday 15th March to Sunday 19th April inclusive. 11:00 - 12:00.
Sunday 9th November 2008 - Annual Dinner
The Club Annual Dinner will take place at the Lord Nelson, Gainsborough Road, Winthorpe at 19:30 on the 9th of November. The Secretary will be / has written to all members but those wishing to attend should contact Andy on 01636 678622 or at andy.fereday@ntlworld.com.
Sunday 27th April 2008 - Paul Evans Memorial Match & Pavilion Open Day
The Cricket Club are holding an Open Day on Sunday 27th April 2008 following the construction of the new pavilion. Many of you will have seen the outside so we are having an open day to allow villagers to come and take a look at the inside. Additionally there will be the first Paul Evans Memorial Match between the Cricket Club and a Chairman's XI. It is hoped to make this an annual fixture in commemoration of Paul Evans our former Chairman and stalwart of the Club who died earlier this year.
Please come down on the day to have a look around, I'm sure many of you will be surprised at what you see. There will be refreshments available on the day so please come along even if it's only for an hour or so and enjoy the event.
